3 Kids & A Camera
Co-founded a print business as a kid. "Best Business" at the Seattle Acton fair, and the most profitable there.

Three of us sold canvas prints of our own photography at the Seattle Acton Children’s Business Fair. We took “Best Business” and finished as the fair’s most profitable, at $2,000+.
Beyond the fair
A one-day fair is a hard cap on sales if the only way to buy is to be standing at the table with cash. So we set up an online store on Wix, which let people who liked a print buy it later, and let people who never came to the mall buy at all. That’s how we grew the business past a single day at a single table.

Looking back
Looking back, two things stuck. One was entrepreneurship, my dad’s whole career, and something I wanted to try for myself. The other was photography, a hobby that stayed with me. This is the earliest thing on the site, and the first place both show up.
